compensation:$250 pay for successful service. $80 pay if the person ends up not being at the game

I need someone to be served court papers on January 16, 2026 at 7:00 PM or January 17 at 10:00 AM. The weird part is that I need a D3 hockey player served at a game at one of these two times. The location is the Sub-Zero Ice Center at 1976 Observatory Dr, Madison, WI 53706. He can be served when walking into the rink, by the locker room, or even while the game is happening and he is on the bench.
In order to have someone not licensed to serve court papers, I will need a good mailing address and phone number to have the judge approve. I will need a signed form filled out with how and precise time of when the person is served. I will provide the form needed and it can be emailed back to me.
With the requirement of the judge's approval, the latest I can request is 01/14/2026.
