We are looking for a local Location Scout to help us identify parking locations for commercial fleet customers throughout the Madison area.
We're looking for someone with strong local knowledge who enjoys getting out into the market, finding opportunities, and building relationships.
**What you'll do:**
* Identify parking lots, storage yards, and other properties that could accommodate commercial fleets.
* Contact property owners and parking operators to confirm availability, pricing, and basic site information.
* Take photos of promising locations when needed.
* Submit your recommended locations through our online platform.
* Help us uncover parking opportunities that aren't easily found online.
**What we're looking for:**
* Excellent knowledge of Madison and the surrounding metro area.
* Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with property owners and operators.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
* Commercial real estate, parking, property management, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
This is a flexible independent contractor position with work assigned as projects become available. Compensation is paid per completed assignment, with opportunities for additional bonuses based on successful location sourcing.
