Event AV Crew Needed for Event Setups – $20/hr. - July 12 & July 17 (Madison)

🔹 Pay: $20/hr (minimum 2 hours per gig)
🔹 Payment: Business check after gig completion
🔹 Scheduling: Sunday, July 12 from 10:45 am- 2:45 pm and Friday, July 17 3:30 pm- 5:30 pm
🔹 Parking: Not included or reimbursed
Job Responsibilities:
As part of our AV event crew, you will:
✔ Assist the event manager with unloading equipment from truck
✔ Transport road-case equipment on wheels from the loading area to the event space
✔ Assemble AV equipment, including TV stands, monitors, computers, and cables
✔ Connect and secure all AV components
✔ Tape down and manage cables safely
✔ Break down and load equipment at the end of the event
Requirements:
✅ Must be able to lift 50 lbs comfortably and safely
✅ Must have a modern smartphone and be responsive
✅ Must dress professionally (black/dark t-shirt and non-torn jeans preferred)
