We are seeking a reliable and motivated candidate to assist in residential and commercial remodeling projects. Applicants must have their own transportation and be able to perform basic construction labor duties in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Demolition work
-Shoveling and general site cleanup
-Basic repairs
-Landscaping work
-Operating hand and power tools such as saws, drills, grinders, etc.
-Following all safety rules and job site regulations
-Following instructions and completing assigned tasks efficiently
-Proper and safe use of power tools and equipment
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of construction or remodeling experience required
Must be dependable and punctual
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Salary:
Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience.
