Job Overview:
We are hiring a Shop Helper to support our diesel mechanics in a busy truck and trailer repair shop. This is a hands-on position for someone who is reliable, motivated, and willing to learn.
If you have shop experience, great. If not, we’re willing to train someone who shows up ready to work and takes direction well.
Responsibilities:
• Assist mechanics with general truck and equipment maintenance
• Greasing, oil changes, inspections, and basic service work
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Move equipment and tools as needed
• Follow instructions and help wherever needed
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Good listening skills and attention to detail
• Shop or mechanical experience a plus, not required
