Home For Life Advantage, a family-owned company based in Monona, WI, is looking for a skilled and reliable Remodeler to join our growing team!
We specialize in home modifications that help seniors and individuals with disabilities live safely and independently โ including grab bars, walk-in showers, stairlifts, ramps, and complete bathroom remodels.
We're seeking someone who is detail-oriented, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants their work to make a real impact.
Training is given and certifications education is given as well.
Position: General Remodeler
๐ Location: Monona, WI + South Central Wisconsin (DANE COUNTY)
๐ Full-Time | Weekday Daytime Hours | Local Travel Required
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in General home remodeling, full bathroom remodels, walk-in showers, and custom home modifications
Perform light carpentry, drywall, tiling, flooring, etc. (as needed)
Ensure high-quality finish work and clean job sites
Collaborate with project managers, installers, and other team members
Follow safety protocols and quality standards on every job
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential remodeling or construction
- General Experience
- Reliable transportation and a valid driverโs license
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with clients and coworkers
