Kraemer Development is seeking a part time maintenance technician to oversee commercial properties in Madison and surrounding areas.
Principal Duties-
Perform maintenance repairs and trash pick-up at our commercial properties.
Complete light landscape maintenance which could include weed removal, laying fertilizer, and trimming of bushes.
Assist with vendor communications and overseeing of vendor work
Assist with tenant communications regarding maintenance
We are anticipating this position to carry 15-20 hours weekly but the workload will fluctuate.
Kraemer Development will provide a vehicle and the tools necessary for the position.
Requirements -
Valid WI driver’s license
At least (1) year of maintenance experience
