Summers Painting is looking to hire 2–3 painters immediately to join our crew. Work starts this Monday. This is a full-time position.
Pay is $200–$350 per day depending on experience and performance.
I like to start it around 200 to 250 depending on what you tell me and how you talk and then work our way up I need a hungry motivated people just come to work. Do your job go home!
You will be paid weekly, with your first payday being that same week (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday depending on the weekend). If you need help getting on your feet, I can offer daily pay for the first couple weeks so you can get money in your pocket.
We focus on high-quality interior and exterior residential work. We are looking for real painters — not just labor. You must be able to cut clean lines, prep properly, and take pride in your work. Prep is our number one priority because that’s what keeps clients happy and jobs looking perfect.
Spray experience is a big plus, but not required. If you can do drywall, that’s a big plus and will put you at the top of the list.
No tools required – we provide everything you need.
This is a full-time crew. We come to work, work hard, enjoy ourselves, and go home and relax. No drama, no chaos.
The main requirements are simple: show up on time every day and be ready to work. We do not tolerate being late. You must have reliable transportation because we travel to job sites daily.
We work all over Dane County, Rock County, and Green County. Our team is currently working in Fitchburg, but we regularly have jobs in Madison, Janesville, and Beloit. We meet at or drive directly to job sites every day. Some jobs may be in Illinois, and if the project is big enough, we will provide a hotel.
You must be okay working weekends and some holidays. There is a lot of work available right now, and this is for someone who is ready to work and make money. When things slow down in the winter, that’s when we take time to rest.
