Position: Apartment Painter (Part-time)

What We're Looking For:
⢠Self motivated painters who love to see the job done right.
⢠Organized, Clean, and Detail Oriented Individuals.
⢠Ability to work in Residential and Commercial Spaces as needed.
⢠The ability to Work With a Crew or Independently ensuring Quality, Efficiency, and Professionalism.
Responsibilities:
⢠Paint the Interiors of apartments, townhomes, and common areas as required.
⢠Collaborate with other painters on larger projects. (Residential or Commercial)
⢠Minor drywall repair
⢠Optional duties may include painting common spaces of apartment buildings, and balconies on rare occasion.
⢠Must have reliable transportation
Pay Structure:
⢠W-9/ Subcontractor
⢠Compensation is based on the unit size
⢠We offer competitive rates within the industry
Work Schedule:
⢠Part Time Position with potential for more hours
⢠You'll be given notice 7 days in advance for turnovers scheduled
⢠Each turnover must be completed on the day scheduled.
⢠Turnovers are scheduled as needed by property owners.
⢠2 week trial basis
