Family owned company Property Services Maintenance, Inc is looking for the right individual(s) to perform office cleaning duties in the west Madison & surrounding area. Part time hours available for hard working, reliable person who enjoys working independently.
Days are flexible with weekday evenings and/or weekends. Multiple locations can be scheduled and completed on various days of the month. Each site takes 2-3 hours to clean.
Duties include but not limited to; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, kitchen and restroom cleaning, interior window cleaning and dusting. Applicants must be detail oriented, and able to lift up to 40#.
Student, stay at home moms, retired person or anyone looking for supplemental income are encouraged to apply.
Experience is preferred but not necessary. Employment is subject to background check and the ability to be bonded. Must be 18 years of age or older.
