Join Our team of deck builders! We specialize in composite deck boards and aluminum railing systems working with customers to improve their outdoor living areas. We need all skill levels from beginners that want to learn up to experienced crew leaders. As you progress so will your pay and responsibilities. We will train the right individuals who are hardworking and want to learn the skills necessary to succeed. We are a growing company that does both residential and commercial work in and arround the Madison area.
Requirements: Must have reliable transportation. Dependable. Able to use power tools, drills, and various other tools. Able to climb ladders. Able to work outdoors and various weather. Must have valid ID for employment. Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects such as deck boards and lumber up to 50lbs.
