ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Disassemble and assemble vehicles as needed
Move and setup vehicles and equipment for blasting & painting
Use hand and power tools to sand, prime and block
Mask adjacent panels
Wiping down and preparing for paint application
Physical ability to work at a variety of heights and positions
Read and understand work orders
Wash vehicles and perform light detailing
REQUIREMENTS:
Work experience in collision repair industry
Positive attitude
Ability to read and understand work orders
Ability to problem solve
Willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Be able to multitask
Provide your own tools
Be reliable
