A Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who is devoted to helping you on your mental health journey. I committed most of my career to working with and advocating for individuals with mental health needs. I am devoted to helping those struggling with mental health. I work with different age groups specializing in Trauma, PTSD, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Mood Disorders Substance use, OCD, Bipolar disorders.I also evalauate for chronic pain, and diabetes and prescriebing Metformin and Gabapentin. I also believe in a compassionate, trauma-informed, and holistic approach to improving the emotional, psychological, and social well-being of each person whom I encounter.

I am an avid listener and meets his clients at their level while providing them with authentic, holistic care. A combination of psychotherapy, lifestyle change, and medication is the optimal approach that may lead to the best clinical outcome and long-term relief. I like a person-centered approach with the client being the expert of their life and needs.
I take both insurance and Cash payments.
