This radiator is off a Caterpillar 3206 power pack that we purchased for the engine. It was holding anti-freeze when we bought it--the engine was full of anti-freeze so I don't know the full condition of it. There doesn't appear to be rot at the base of the core but it is up to you to determine the true condition of the radiator. We do not guarantee it but you are welcome to fill it with water before you buy it.
