New, never used, in excellent condition. There arex2 small marks on the frame but it's very pretty. This is a hanging display with a metal frame that has a silver beige finish. There is a beautiful purple beaded leaf wrap around the light. The solar light is chrome with metal loops throughout the light. There are clear sparkly gems. Inside the metal loops that cast a pretty pattern at night. This is for indoor and outdoor use, if inside the room has to have a lot of light. The LED light is a bright white. There is a small metal loop for hanging. It's about 17.75" tall x 5" long x 4.5" wide.
