Im looking for a place ASAP. I have 3 kids two male cats that are fixed they dont spray nor scratch on stuff. Im respectful ,clean i take care of property ,do the small maintenance if allowed.
I do have a prior eviction.
I lived at my last apt for 7 years went threw a lot of land lords an managers also had issues with stuff not getting fixed. I was told everytime it be fixed never got done just got wrose. Last owner put me on a month to month an when I said I wanted to leave due to harmful appliances they refused to fix ,he said I was not able to leave . I stopped paying rent until stuff got fixed and instead they evcited me. For instance the whole cubored was coming off the wall and was infront of the fridge, bathroom sink was caving in due to molding /rusting piping, oven had no front door so it was piping out ,tons of mold. Tons of other things. Unsafe for my three kids.
The previous place I lived at for ten years no issues. If there's any questions about anything pleas ask.
