Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $17.36 – $24.40 per hour (based on experience and shift)

• Shift differentials for evening, night, and weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care to residents
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals
• Monitor residents and report changes in health or behavior to nursing staff
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
• Collaborate with nurses and care team members on individualized care plans
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and provide emotional support
• Support a calm and safe environment, especially during evening and overnight hours

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Required)
• Eligible to work as a CNA in Wisconsin
• Ability to commute to Richland Center, WI 53581 (Required)
• Willingness to relocate before starting (Required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
