We are looking for an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with a 3-year-old child in Madison.
This position includes in-home services and possibly school-based services. You will work directly with the child and receive weekly individual supervision from a BCBA via telehealth.
This is a small, BCBA-led practice focused on quality, individualized care — not a high-volume clinic setting.
Schedule:
12 hours per week between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekly breakdown:
• 10 direct therapy hours
• 1 hour telehealth supervision
• 2 paid administrative hours (materials prep, printing, planning)
• Drive time compensation negotiated based on commute
Requirements:
• Active RBT certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience (required)
• Experience with young children preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong texting and written communication skills
• Comfortable working independently with remote BCBA supervision
