UNIQUE LIVE/WORK SITUATION in a quiet, north-side neighborhood close to Sherman Avenue. Two friendly, fun guys who live in a house with a big backyard are looking for a paid roommate to share their lives and assist with their morning routine during the week. They enjoy many activities, including gardening, playing Uno, and creating art and craft items. The right person enjoys interacting with others.

Benefits of the position include paid rent and utilities for a separate, private suite with a full bath plus use of the garage to park a vehicle. In exchange for free rent and utilities, there is unpaid sleep time 10p-6a Sunday through Thursday overnights when you must be home. The paid roommate is scheduled to work 13.5 hours at $13.25/hour with the option of working additional hours. The paid work schedule is 9p-10p Sunday evenings plus 6a-8:30a Monday through Friday mornings. To be considered for this position, applicants must be approved to drive one of the guys to work in their personal vehicle. The paid roommate is off weekdays 8:30a-10p Monday-Thursday, and weekends starting at 8:30a Friday until 9p Sunday. The paid roommate is part of a team of Home Support Workers who provide support throughout the day.
