I used this after my shoulder surgery and it worked well for keeping my shoulder stable during recovery. This one is size Medium (fits approx. 5'6"–5'10", 140–180 lbs).

I’m also including a hand exercise ball for grip strength and an extra sling that can be used in the shower.
