New but has a little dust on part and box isn't in new from sitting in my garage. Its a Standard Motor Products Voltage regulator VR-35 30 A 12volt System fits Edsel (1958-1960) Ford (1956-1964) Lincoln (1956-1960) Mercury (1956-1964) it fits several older models in the years listed so if your unsure contact me and I'll do my best and try and see if it fits.
