16h grade gelding - $1,000 (Mauston)

This is John. He’s a 12 year old 16h grade gelding. Broke to ride but needs a refresher. He is a very friendly and goofy guy, as you can see he likes to babysit my calves lol and is an easy keeper. Big stocky shapey horse.
Things I know he needs work on-
Like I said he needs a refresher he has been sitting for a couple months and has gotten a little spoiled.
He has bucked.
He needs his feet done. He will try to pull back.
He has a scar on his right hind as you can see in the pic it does not affect him at all, he has never been lame since I have had him.
Not for beginners, he will try to see what he can get away with.
Update- he did bolt and buck when ridden this last week.

I would consider a trade for an older gelding needing a semi retirement that would be easier for my kids to handle.
