Like brand new sectional sofa with power recline and power headrests. Special ordered from Waunakee Furniture.
Fabric is high-end performance microsuede in a neutral green color (different fabric than website stock photo). More saturated green than appears in my photos. Scratch-proof and stain-resistant. Looks and feels like real suede, but extremely durable and easy to clean.
Looks and feels brand new. Absolutely no wear, tear, fading, sagging or compression. Almost never been used. Extremely comfortable, cushy and super supportive. Disassembles into 6 pieces for transport. Made in North America.
