Used and in fair condition, they chair is solid, sturdy and structurally sound. There are some scratches and knicks ob the wood frame. For it's age it's good condition. The wicker seat is in poor condition as the wicker is broken in several places. The seat will have to be redone and the frame can be sanded and stained. This is a great project chair as it needs some TLC. The frame is all real wood and the seat is wicker. It's 3' tall x 17" long by 15.5" wide. The seat is 17" long by 15" wide. Very pretty old fashioned chair.
