Room & Board Berin Queen Sleeper Sofa - $1,750 (Madison)

Bought from R&B 4 years ago, mostly lived in my Office unused for till last year, minimal use and patina, you can also see seats not even wrinkling! There are some scuffs in back from moving, but not visible when against a wall!
The sleeper is super comfy foam, and is easy for one person to pull out and put away! Nice compact form great for office!
Adult non smoking house. No cat or dogs, but I do have a bunny, generally had it covered with faux sheep skin for coziness during winter, so leather has essentially no contact.
Selling because I move cross country try next summer and starting to pare down things I’m not using.
Width is about 64 inches. Queen is a full queen (60x80) for sheet.
Pickup in SW Madison. It is located near my front door, so relatively easy to get out. It is heavy though, so you’ll need to bring some help. I have a dolly here to move on this end.
