Jacket is double breasted with metal buttons with crests on them, full-length so it covers your backside, and deep pockets that you can use. Skirt (below-the-knee length) has darts then pleats so it's comfortable for walking and sitting.
Pendleton sizing does run a bit slim/ on the small side, so closer to a 14 nowadays. Like new/ EUC, no mothball smells etc, no spills/ tears etc.
