It's NIB and NOS! Original owner, bought at Maynards a few years ago. Changes colors in red, blue, yellow, and green. Approx 28 1/2 " tall. Includes: halogen bulb, acrylic tube, pump, transformer, base. Relaxing decor/ entertain guests/ college dorm room.
