This came with a bunch of items I bought at a Farm Sale. I know little to nothing about it. It's to be mounted on the side of a building or pole. There is a wire cord wired right to, I plugged it in the it came right on, So I am guessing the Photocell may be bad or bypassed. It has the old style lamp in it. IT IS NOT LED. It is Sold As Is.
