Purchased as New Old Stock a few years ago for a project. After a month or so developed the occasional ERROR 7 code so the unit was replaced and this one put away as backup. The unit is cosmetically new and runs flawlessly with the exception of the error code. The fix for this is to leave the pump on with the error code showing, afterwhich the pump will reset and be ready for use in all available modes and settings, ready for programming. The most important part of the pump is the actual pump motor which is basically new as well.

These pumps are the gold standard and are used all over the world in lab settings where continuous use is required for the long haul.
