What You’ll Do -
Prepare classic and modern cocktails with precision, speed and consistency
Set up and break down bar stations for events
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout the event
Demonstrate knowledge to guests of all products sold - beer, wine, spirits and cocktails
Interact with guests in a warm, professional, and polished way
Work closely with the event team to ensure smooth service throughout the night
Requirements -
Must have a minimum of one year full bartending experience (ideally in a high volume environment). Strong understanding of classic cocktails and modern variations required.
Must have Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability and ability to work at least one 8hr shift per week. Typical shifts are 4pm - 12am on Fridays and Saturdays and 3pm - 11pm on Sundays. Occasional midweek shifts available, with typical shifts 4pm - 10pm. The schedule is based around our calendar of events and is scheduled a month at a time.
Must be able to work on your feet for a duration of 8+ hours and must be able to lift 50lbs.

Salary -
This position starts at $15/hr plus tips, with a guarantee of $30/hr including tips. $30 - $60/hr with tips is possible depending on the event.
