In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations of our restaurant to ensure the shift is running smoothly and thoughtful guest service is always priority number one. This position has a variable and flexible schedule. A combination of mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays will be required. Starting wage is between $13-15/hour based on experience plus an excellent benefits package.
What you’ll do as Restaurant Shift Manager:
+Hold daily huddles with team members
+Monitor the floor and help serve, run food, host, and clear/reset tables as needed
+Manage and resolve any guest or employee issues
+Delegate and assign tasks and side work to team members
+Other duties as assigned
