We are currently looking for a manager for our coffee shop.
Requirements;
Must be proficient making espresso based drinks.
Must have managed a coffee shop perviously.
Must be willing to average a minimum of 45 hours weekly and have a felxable schedule to lead staff.
Expectations
Train and coach staff to provide great customer service, maintain product consistency and keep a clean and presentable store.
Growth/profitability
Grow sales by providing great customer service, consistent products, and a nice environment.
Develop new food and drink options
Promote traffic by setting up events. Such as coffee tasting, book readings, candle making, etc to drive traffic.
