The Sous Chef manages the operions of the kitchen in absence of the Executive Chef, oversees preparion of food and inventory levels of the kitchen, and assists with scheduling and training employees.

Estimed Salary Range:
$55000 - $60000 annual base salary
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant educion, qualificions, certificions, experience, skills, seniority, geographic locion, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizional needs. The range listed is just one component of Gre Wolf’s total compension package. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and other perks.
