Whether you're a cleaning pro or totally new to the industry, if you’re dependable, hardworking, and want to be part of a fun and supportive team—you’re in the right place.
💰 What You’ll Earn
-$20/hour to start during training (3 weeks)
-$21/hour post-training
-Top performers earn up to $40/hour (yes, you read that right)
-Average technician pay: $31/hour
-Weekly bonuses up to $130
-Tips from happy clients (average $2,500/year!)
-Direct deposit every other Friday
🚗 What You’ll Need
-A reliable vehicle (you’ll drive to homes)
-Valid Driver's License and insurance
-A clean driving record
-A great attitude and strong work ethic

-Clean homes solo using our proven systems & checklists
-Deliver top-notch service to awesome clients
-Work quickly, independently, and efficiently
-Keep quality scores above 95% (and take pride in it!)
-Follow our tips, tricks, and techniques—we’ve got it down to a science!
