Join Happy House Cleaning, a fast-growing, employee-focused residential cleaning company based in Middleton, WI! Weβre looking for motivated Cleaning Technicians who take pride in their work, love staying active, and want a job where your hard work = higher pay.
No cleaning experience? No problem! Weβll train you through our paid 4β6 week training program before you start cleaning solo homes around Madison.
πΈ PAY & BONUSES:
$20/hr during training, $21/hr+ after training
Average tech earns $31/hr
Top techs earn up to $40/hr!
Weekly bonuses β up to $130/week
Tips average $2,500/year
PTO after 6 months
Direct deposit every other Friday
π REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable personal vehicle
Valid driverβs license & insurance
Clean driving record
Positive attitude & strong work ethic
