Under general supervision, the Implementation Support Consultant is the primary contact for Surveillance Product migrations. The Implementation Support Consultant works directly with Client and Internal team members to ensure migrations are delivered on time.
In this role, the Implementation Support Consultant has the opportunity to help customers win by performing the following:
• Under general supervision, work closely with our internal and external clients on the migration of our pharmacy surveillance software.
• Manage sensitive data in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Configure applications according to client specifications and based on established guidelines.
• Provide remote training to customers on basic application functionality.
• Data Entry of customer information into proprietary applications.
• Gather requirements from internal and external clients to appropriately coordinate migration workload and schedule.
• Use Salesforce to document progress on projects.
• Escalate issues or situations that require further assistance to Project Manager, as needed.
• Maintain deadlines and turnaround time for work as set by Project Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership team.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
• BS/BA
Experience:
• 0 - 2 years of experience in office environment.
• Experience communicating with customers.
• Experience managing multiple tasks at once.

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
