Client Services Representative (Madison)
ServiceMaster is looking for an energetic, self-motivated candidate who will be working in a multifaceted position, Monday thru Friday with flexibility, as needed.
Essential duties include but are not limited to:
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
• Provide support and effective communication between office staff, operations, production staff, and clients
• Timely communication and response, via email, phone, or text to our clients requests
• Conduct site visits and service inspections
• Maintain an ethical and professional relationship with all clients and prospective clients
• Explore new business opportunities with existing clients
• Support business growth by responding to new client inquiries and assisting in qualifying potential new accounts.
• Prepare various types of quotes for project and janitorial services
• Follow up on all project work
• Assist with new account startups
• Emergency on-call, as scheduled
Qualifications:
• Ability to work in a team environment with a diverse group of people
• Computer proficient (Word, Excel)
• Experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers
• Have a desire to learn and be detail oriented
• Display a natural ability to prioritize tasks and properly manage your time
• Must be reliable by displaying punctual attendance
• Maintain a clean and organized work space
• Valid license with clean driving record required
Compensation: Based on experience
