House for rent- STAY AWAY!!! (Prairie Du Sac)

Do not rent from these people, (Jane/Jerry) they own several farms in the prairie du sac/sauk prairie area and rent the houses out. Trust me, you don’t want to deal with them. They lie, they steal, they accuse renters of any number of things, they don’t repair anything in a timely fashion if at all and the farmer thinks his renters are his free farmhands. Not just small things needed repair either, broken septic pumps, frozen sewer lines just letting sewage back up in the basement of the house we rented from them for months on end not just once but twice. Roof that leaks that took 3 years to replace only half of it. Leaking sink supplies and drains ruining things under the sinks and then have the nerve to accuse the renters of causing the issues. Asking favors (rides/help around the farm etc) and acting like we owed it to them. Leaving dead cows laying around the property for weeks on end, taking our belongings without asking. The amount of belongings we’ve had ruined by their neglect or lack of respect is ridiculous. If you have any questions or want any additional photos please reach out. Save yourself the headache.
