Duties include but not limited to; Rent collections & processing, Tenant Relations, obtaining and executing monthly lease renewals, administrative responsibilities & overseeing other staff members including leasing, maintenance & housekeeping personnel.
Assistant Property Manager is responsible for and facilitates the successful operations of the property.
Assistant Property Manager completes lease form or agreement and collects rental deposit.
Assistant Property Manager is responsible for insuring the "model" apartments and target apartments are ready for show; responsible for maintaining work areas and office in clean and orderly manner; need to have an awareness of the "curb appeal" of the property.
Assistant Property Manager will have thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and all community policies.
Assistant Property Manager is knowledgeable of required telephone and sales techniques.
Assistant Property Manager must have knowledge of current market conditions. Property Manager
Assistant Property Manager must be fully informed of current rental rates, sizes, locations and amenities of the property.
Assistant Property Manager is responsible for knowing their competitive properties.
Assistant Property Manager will develop full knowledge of application information required, screening processes and policies regarding rentals.
