1995 Larson 174 SEI for sale. This boat has been in my circle since 2019 — it was actually the first boat I ever rode on, and later I had the opportunity to buy it from this boat from the owner. It’s given me and my daughter a lot of great memories on the water.

I wouldn’t be selling it, but my daughter gave me the green light — so it’s time for the next owner to enjoy it.


The Good

- Stored indoors/covered for the last 2 years
- Custom dual Amp/ 8-speaker SKAR marine sound system (installed by Radio Doctor) 🔊
- 2 Optima Yellow top deep cycle marine batteries
- Interior reupholstered by Marine Top Unlimited (Steve)
- Maintenance done by East Side Services (Steve)
- Full overhaul completed in 2019 (Skipper Buds)

The Bad (Being upfront)

- She need some TLC
- Some interior panels are loose from reupholstery
- Needs a new prop
- Boat got flooded at mechanic shop no damage
(they failed to pull the drain plug)

Summary

This is a solid starter lake boat with a lot of upgrades already done. It does need a few fixes, but everything is straightforward and priced accordingly.

If you’re handy or want a project that still has strong upside, this is a good opportunity — especially with summer coming up.
