2018 Rocky Mountain Suzy Q fat bike
Size Small
(see Rocky Mountain’s web site for geometry measurements)
Carbon -70 model

This is a unique fat bike that uses 27.5” wheels and an extra narrow Q factor crank. This puts the riders feet closer together and gives the feel for like riding a traditional mountain bike. It’s one of only 2 models produced with this custom narrow crank and Q Factor and this model goes a step further with custom carbon cranks to drop weight and achieve an even more narrow Q factor stance.

If you wanted to only own one mountain bike this would be a great choice. It rides great all year round, not just in the winter. It’s also capable of running 29” or 29+ wheels and tires if you wanted to go that route. Frame is also compatible with a dropper seatpost. As additional add on options I also have a Rockshox Bluto suspension fork and a pair of HED carbon Big Deal wheels that I would sell. You could build an ultimate year round machine.

Components are all custom, upgraded from the original bike. This is a top of the line build, all higher end components than any stock build model from Rocky Mountain.

This has two seasons of winter only riding on it and is in great shape. There are a few scratches on it, the most obvious is on the chainstay and was the result of a stick getting picked up. The other paint layer (orange) is chipped away and the white primer is exposed. It does not go into the carbon. This could be easily fixed with touch up paint or covered with black tape. See photos.
