Looking for:
Retail & Office Assistant with room for advancement!
Retail store duties (Very busy in the spring & summer)
Check customers out or assist them, water testing & learning
water chemistry and chemicals in the store, hot tub sales, check in supplies Answer phones, stock shelves, some lifting like cases of pool shock
Order pool/store supplies, clean restrooms, dust, vacuum & mopping store.
Year-end inventory, there will be some lifting of chemicals.
Posting items for sales on social media, balance hot tub/pool water.
Make sales folders with brochures from master list.
Down time, you’ll be helping with data entry using QuickBooks, filing, making calls.
This position will move into a department management position when ready. (hoping within a year)
The office staff have basic duties but are expected to help others when needed.
