Equipment Operator – Outdoor Construction & Pool Installation Support
• You build something beautiful and permanent. Operators see their work become a finished pool, not just a hole that gets backfilled later.

• You run clean, modern equipment. Skid steers, excavators, compact track loaders, laser levels, grade control — operators love companies that invest in good machines.
• You’re the first step in a family’s dream backyard. Your precision sets the tone for the entire project.
• You get to work outdoors, not stuck on a construction site all day. Fresh air, open space, and a variety of locations.
• You’re part of a crew that builds full backyard environments. Pools, patios, decks, concrete, landscaping — operators get to see the whole transformation.
Requirements
• Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
• Clean MVR; CDL preferred
• Ability to operate: Skid Steer, Front End Loader, Backhoe/Mini Excavator
• Strong communication & organization
• Able to work outdoors and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Respectful, punctual, able to take direction
• Knowledge of machine loading/tie down procedures
• Basic machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Integrity, honesty, and willingness to do what’s needed
• Pool experience not required — we will train
