Requirements
• Valid driver’s license (CDL A preferred)
• High integrity, strong communication, organized
• Able to work outdoors and lift up to 80 lbs
• Experience with hand tools & power tools
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
Job Tasks
• Tear down old decks
• Dig holes (manual & equipment-assisted)
• Operate front end loader for grading & drilling
• Move/stack materials
• Assist with lifting & installing deck materials
• Layout footings, framing, decking, railings
• Frame decks & install railings
• Power wash & clean decks
• Maintain clean workspaces
