This 2 foot high unusual radio is solidly constructed of Steel, wood and stained glass, so the large space for the speaker gives remarkably good sound on AM, with clear reception. The tube type electronics are still in good shape, with no hum. This item was made in the 1950s in Inglewood, and has a California mid-century modern take on a colonial era lantern. The set also has a FM scale, but on FM I only get a slight white noise. Sorry, no shipping.
