Unit is 10years old but had only been used for a month. The Apartment complex installed air conditioning shortly after moving in. The unit has been stored in the bedroom ever since. Has Remote. It should still work but fine with it going for scrap too. Need it picked up. Second floor but their is an elevator. $50 OBO
