Hi! I currently live in a fully furnished 3 bedroom apartment at Park Regent in Madison and am looking for any gender to sublease for spring semester or as soon as possible!! The room will be available for rent starting when you would like to move in and end date is adjustable to end when spring semester is over or through summer! I have my own bedroom, a great view of the Madison skyline, and amenities within the building including laundry and a trash room that way you don't have to walk outside!
