Fitchburg address but next to Madison, <15 minutes to Capitol; the location has proven to be so nice and central that we ended up buying a house not too far away. We've lived here since 2022, have kept the place in great condition, and would stay if we weren't buying a house. We can be slightly flexible on move-in date if needed.
