Please be advised: I am the owner of the house used in a rental scam on craiglist and I do not want anyone to be suckered by the listing here which was all stolen off of my legitimate listing on Zillow.

The post in the screenshot is a scam. If the price is too good to be true it probably is. Do not pay anyone an application fee until you have seen the place in person.
