Hello! We are moving into a home and looking to rent our 3 bed 2 bath apartment at The Yorktown Estates! Available Nov. 1st but can potentially be sooner if needed. The apartment
Unit is 1520 sqft w/ lots of storage space. There is a patio and a screened in porch. The unit is listed on Yorktown Estate’s website as 2 bed 2 bath plus den, but the den is quite large and has a closet. It can easily fit a bed plus furniture, previous tenants were using it as a bedroom. In-unit washer dryer and gas fireplace. Indoor heated parking available with unit! 1st floor unit!!!! The unit layout is called “The Juneau”. $2577 per month rent. Rent includes parking, water, sewage, and garbage.

10 min drive to west campus. 5 min drive to research park. 20 mins to epic. Outdoor pool and grilling spaces, playground, 24 hour fitness center with yoga room, weights, tanning bed and infrared sauna. Club house with rentable entertaining spaces/kitchen. Property is really beautiful and feels secluded from the neighborhood. Management allows both cats and dogs for added charge.
